Party Like a President in Puerto Vallarta

without comments

French Presidnt Sarkozy and his actress-model wife made international headlines today with the news of their lavish vacation at El Tamarindo, a luxury resort just south of Puerto Vallarta. Invited by Mexican president Felipe Calderon and his wife, the French couple spent two nights in total secrecy. A longtime enclave of discreet decadence, breathtaking real estate and exquisite geography, the Puerto Vallarta region is weathering the global economic downturn better than most, including neighbors like Cabo.

Clients of Vallarta-based home furnishings brand CRATE by Carlos Alberto seek out this private region while trading down from the expense of the Hamptons or the hassle of trekking to the Caribbean. Attractive pricing and high season flights from Los Angeles, New York and the midwest provide a welcome alternative in this turbulent economy.

CRATE by Carlos Alberto Makes Online News

with one comment

This month Buzzflikr had the pleasure of announcing yet another exciting collaboration on behalf of our home furnishings client, CRATE by Carlos Alberto.  The upscale turnkey furnishings brand has collaborated with Rio Amapas, the first and only ecological resort residence in Puerto Vallarta to bring a new level of sustainable luxury to the region.

Partners of the two companies are lifelong friends and created an eco-friendly furnishings concept available exclusively to residents of this low-impact jungle retreat. The soup-to-nuts package includes organic hemp upholstery, luxury bamboo linens, reclaimed driftwood accessories and comes move-in ready with the company’s signature White Glove Installation.

The news generated 39402 impressions and 648 reads thru our newswire service, catching the attention of our favorite glossy magazine, Costa Vallarta.  We couldn’t be more pleased!
